Founded By A Certified Family Law Specialist

The State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization grants certification status to qualified lawyers in the practice of family law. Of the nearly 200,000 lawyers in California, approximately 1,100 have been certified as family law specialists. That 0.55 percent is distinguished by substantial experience, successful completion of a demanding specialist's examination, focused continuing legal education and peer recognition. As a certified family law specialist, attorney Indu Srivastav has demonstrated a commitment to the highest standards of legal competence.

Members of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, in particular, have access to a large network of experienced practitioners and to publications and continuing education programs that can constantly enhance and enlarge their skills and knowledge of an ever-evolving area of the law. Certified specialists must renew their standing every few years and keep their practice focused predominately in their particular field of expertise.
